Steve Jobs One of the best entrepreneurs in world, and one that I study all the time is Steve Jobs. He created 3 big companies, Apple, Pixar, and NEXT. What I admirer about him is the fact that he never lets obstacles get in his way, when Apple fired him in 1986 he didn't let that faze him, he went out and started two new companies. Here is a commencement speech he did at Stanford University that really shows his character.
Marc Ecko Marc Ecko is best known for his clothing line, but what many people don't know is that he started off by being an artist. Here is a video.

Gurbaksh Chahal One of the best inspirational stories I heard was Gurbaksh Chahal. He started his first company when he was 16 and he called it Clickagents. He sold that company to Valueclick for 40 million dollars. Then he started another company called Bluelithium and he sold that to Yahoo for 300 million dollars. Now he has a new company called Radiumone, and that company looks very promising and I'm sure its going to be sold for even more. Here is a video of him with Oprah.
The Entrepreneur Entrepreneurs are what created this nation, the four fathers dreamed of nation that the people controlled by electing their Representatives and their President. That is why America is the beacon for so many industries, people started of with nothing and their industries became powerhouses around the world.

Inspirational

I like to read books on how companies got started. I always find it interesting when I read that those companies were started in a garage, dorm room, or living room. Take Google for example, they started in a garage. Another good company that started low is Dell computers, Micheal Dell started this company from a dorm room in Austin, TX. Those are just some of the companies that should inspire people to go out there and start a business. If you have an idea that you know is going to help make peoples lives a little easier. Then don't be a afraid go out there and monetize your idea.

Starting the dream

So I have been thinking of starting a company for over a year now. I have the passion for it, and I also have the idea. Ever since I was little, I wanted to have my own business. I remember when I was ten, I asked one of my friends if he wanted to open up a video rental store. But as I grew people started to structure my life and I was thrown of course. My eyes started to open when I worked at Fedex. I worked for 3 years and I saw my life going nowhere, I am a very curious guy and being stuck doing the same thing everyday is not ok with me. So I hope to start this company pretty and I will try to blog about it when I can.

The real entrepreneur

Many people see entrepreneurs as rich people who like to rub money in peoples faces. But you have to look at the past to see where this people came from. Many came from normal backgrounds. The only thing that separates entrepreneurs from working people is an open mind and risk. With this blog I am going to write about some of my favorite entrepreneurs and I am going to take a risk on my own and take you along for the ride.
